Shipping policy

1. Packaging and Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping within Germany for dry goods orders over €120.
For orders under €120, shipping costs €8.99 and depends on the total weight of the order.

If frozen items are in the cart, express shipping is automatically activated.
The express surcharge is always applied—even if the cart value exceeds €120.

You cannot combine dry products and frozen products in the same order,
as they are shipped at different temperatures using different shipping services.

2. Shipping of Refrigerated and Frozen Products

For chilled items (max 12kg per order), we charge a flat fee of €19.99 per order for the special cooling packaging and UPS express shipping.

For frozen items, we also charge a flat fee of €19.99 per order, which covers the styrofoam packaging with dry ice and UPS express shipping.

Express delivery means your package will be delivered Monday to Friday between 8:00–18:00 to ensure the cold chain is not broken and your product arrives in perfect condition.

Note: Fresh items are only shipped Monday through Thursday within Germany.
The last delivery day is Friday.

The courier must hand the package to a recipient, not leave it unattended.
If you're not home, please leave a note and ask a neighbor to receive the package.

We usually ship this type of order on Tuesday or Wednesday.

3. International Shipping

We ship to the following European countries:

  • Belgium

  • Denmark

  • France

  • Luxembourg

  • Netherlands

  • Austria

  • Spain

  • Finland

Delivery usually takes 2–5 days, depending on the destination.
Fresh items are not shipped internationally, except to:

  • Netherlands

  • Belgium

  • Luxembourg

Shipping costs are calculated in the final step before checkout.

4. Payment Methods

For prepayment, you will receive an email with our bank details after checkout.
You must complete the payment before we ship your order.
Orders not paid within 5 days will be automatically canceled.

Note: UPS Express prices include a styrofoam box (yours to keep) and dry ice for secure cold delivery.
